www.PTFX.com is a site operated by Prestige Capital Traders, LLP ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number OC363767 and have our registered office at 145-157 St. John Street, London, EC1V 4PY.

PTFX is a trading name of Fyshe Horton Finney who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and are entered on the register under the following number: 142402.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

Compensation

In the event of PTFX being unable to meet its liabilities, you may be entitled to compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Currently, the maximum level of compensation you can receive from the Scheme for a claim against an investment firm is £50,000 per person per firm.  To qualify for compensation you and the investment made must meet certain criteria.

Conflicts of Interest

PTFX and Fyshe Horton Finney have taken all reasonable steps;

to prevent conflicts of interest from giving rise to a material risk of damage to the interests of clients;

to implement and operate an effective written policy for identifying and managing conflicts of interest;

to have procedures and measures to ensure appropriate independence;

to disclose conflicts to the client, if the arrangements under the firm's policy are not adequate to prevent material risks of damage to a client; and

to consider, in our own policy, the duties owed to our clients, taking account of any circumstances, of which we are aware, which may give rise to a conflict arising as a result of the structure and business activities of other members of the group.
